The KT 200 Kjeltec is a convenient and safe distillation unit for rapid steam distillation. Many other distillations can be performed efficiently with the KT 200. These include sulphur dioxide, cyanide, phenol, alkaline direct distillation and alcohol.
Convenient operations
KT 200 Kjeltec provides a simple and reliable solution for safe and semi automated distillations. The addition of alkali and the time interval for distillation can be pre-programmed for consistent results independent of operator.
Improving safety in the laboratory
A high accuracy bellow pump for accurate reagent dispensing pro-vides long term stability in delivery of the alkali. Ensure safe operations with patented SAfE feature for safe distillation of samples that form salt cakes. Additional safety features including safety door, plus level pins and overpressure sensors for the steam generator.
Effective laboratory operations
Running costs are low through optimised applications. Downtime and service costs are minimised using selected components. A routine maintenance schedule supports GLP routines.
