The Stork Rail sampler is designed to accept lengthened vehicles, road trains with trailers. In one stop of the road train, the Stork Rail sampler will effectively take samples at predetermined points along the entire length of bodies and trailers – chassis length 7.5 (10 or 12 meters), thus the total length of the operating area is almost 15 meters (17 and 19 meters, respectively).
The Stork Rail sampler with a U-shaped support frame design favorably differs from the Stork Compact precisely by its design, which allows you to fast sampling in a long truck with extended sides. Even a truck with a trailer will be tested in one sampling run.
The Stork Rail sampler is more adaptable to the conditions of sampling from large trucks with extended side trailers than the simple Stork Compact model. This sampler is also designed with increased structural safety, actuators, and thus designed to operate with a service life of over 10 years. Unlike competitors in the market with cheaper offerings, DV did not aim to save on materials and construction. Therefore, everything is done traditionally reliably, taking into account overloads and unforeseen working conditions.
The Stork Rail sampler can also be equipped with one of 3 sampler options (submersible part) at the option of the user. Accordingly, for each design, the length can be further increased. The immersion part is made exclusively of stainless steel.
The algorithm of operation of the samplers with pneumatic feeding / withdrawal of the sample starts sampling only after immersion in the grain. Thus, the selected sample 100% reflects the composition and does not distort the qualitative composition of the sample at any sampling depth.

The Stork Rail work area has a large headroom to cover a long truck without the need to move the truck itself. Depending on the length of the chassis 7.5m, 10m or 12m, the length of the effective work zone can reach from 15 to 19 m.
The sampler is more efficient when the laboratory uses the Infratec 1241 or Infratec Nova grain quality analyzers. In this case, the processing speed of the machine is 3 to 6 minutes. There are 10-20 cars per hour. 240-500 trucks with grain per day.
