The CT 293 Cyclotec laboratory mill is ideal for rapid and flexible preparation of a wide variety of feeds, grains, leaves and more for NIR or reference analysis. Excellent for all types of sample preparation when fineness and uniformity of particle size is essential. A modern design ensures easy operation and maintenance.
The CT 293 Cyclotec laboratory mill is ideal for rapid and flexible preparation of a wide variety of feeds, grains, leaves and more for NIR or reference analysis. A modern design ensures easy operation and maintenance.
Rapid, uniform grinding
Cyclotec provides rapid and convenient sample preparation for NIR and reference analysis and is excellent for all types of sample preparation when fineness and uniformity of particle size is essential. The self cleaning action enables whole series of samples to be ground with minimal cross contamination.
Flexible sample preparation operations
Dust collection options such as dust pads and external vacuum connection ensure dust free milling. The large sample bottle makes it possible to collect up to 350 ml of ground sample.
Safe and easy operation
Innovative design ensures safe and easy operations. Grinding rings, screens and dust pads are easy to change, while the safety switch prevents accidental operation of the mill when open.
Sample type
General purpose sample mill
- Dry samples prior to wet chemistry or IR analysis.
- Low fat/low moisture samples
(up to 15% Moisture and 10% Fat)
Technology
Grinds samples by a high speed action, rolling the sample against the inner circumference of a durable grinding surface and then passes it through a fine mesh screen.
The high volume air flow provides self cleaning action, enabling whole series of samples to be ground with minimal cross contamination.
